Designation : Business Development Associate (Work from Office)

Responsibilities Include :

Consulting IT professionals on the right career paths over calls.

Staying updated with the latest technologies in the world.

Consistently achieving targets in line with team / organizational objectives.

Building relationships and identifying references through our existing learner base.

Keeping abreast with Intellipaat’s latest offerings and best practices.

Understanding concerns, requirements, and needs to provide effective career advancement solutions for IT professionals.

Skills Preferred :

Excellent spoken and verbal skills

Ability to persuade and negotiate

Ability to work under stress

Ability to work in a team

Fast-learner, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Qualification :

Any Graduation / Post Graduation (excluding Bachelor of Arts)

Work Location : Bangalore

Compensation :

Fixed Pay for the first 6 months : 25,000 INR per month + Performance-based incentives

After 6 months of training : Final CTC : 8 LPA (4.2 LPA fixed + 3.8 LPA incentives based on performance)
