VM Bakery Products Private Limited (VMB) is an FSSC 22000 v6 certified company known for producing a wide range of quality breads, rusk, cookies, cakes, and other bakery products. VMB prides itself on its integrity, customer orientation, and commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards. With strong infrastructure and decades of industry experience, VMB operates the largest multiproduct manufacturing facility in the Industrial Estate of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head to drive growth across contract manufacturing, and private label partnerships. This role carries full P&L responsibility for the vertical, with accountability for revenue, margins, and client success. You will start as an individual contributor and build a high-performance team from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Drive client acquisition across B2B, contract manufacturing, and private label segments.

Build and manage CXO-level relationships with FMCG, QSR, and institutional clients.

Negotiate and finalize long-term contracts and partnerships.

Collaborate with R&D to develop custom solutions aligned with client needs.

Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality for seamless execution.

Own sales P&L – deliver topline growth while improving margins.

Recruit and lead a l sales team.

Candidate Profile

Experience : Minimum 5+ years in B2B / Contract Manufacturing / Private Label sales within the bakery or snacking industry.

Track Record : Proven success in onboarding clients and executing contracts.

Education : MBA preferred, but strong results outweigh degrees.

Skills : Strong commercial & negotiation acumen, ability to influence CXOs and close strategic deals, entrepreneurial mindset.

Compensation

  • Fixed Base Pay : ₹15-18 LPA (₹1.25–1.5 L / month)
  • Variable Pay : ₹6–8LPA (40–50% of base)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) : ₹21–25 LPA
  • Upside Potential : ₹25 LPA+ with overachievement

Success Metrics (Year 1)

Number of new B2B / private label contracts signed.

Revenue and margin delivery from these accounts.

Execution excellence with zero delays or disputes.

Formation of a capable B2B sales team.
