Business Analyst

Youll Do :

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to HR processes, data, and technology solutions.
• Prepare and document Functional and Technical Specifications for integration, reporting, and data warehouse / middleware tasks related to HR systems.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to clearly articulate business needs.
• Analyze and document existing HR processes across various functional areas (e.g., Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development).
• Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through the strategic application of technology.
• Develop process flows (e.g., Visio), data models, and system configurations to support optimized HR processes.
• Understand the capabilities and limitations of various HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits systems).
• Apply knowledge of HR technology best practices to propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with system architecture and technical feasibility.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR technology systems, including user guides, functional specifications, technical specifications, configuration documents, and integration mappings.
• Implement and adhere to version control processes for all documentation to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Liaise effectively with stakeholders across various levels and functions within the HR department and related business units.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and gain alignment on proposed solutions.
• Participate in the testing phase of HR technology implementations, including creating test scenarios and validating results against requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by providing guidance and resolving issues.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform process improvements and technology solutions.
• Contribute to the definition of reporting requirements and collaborate with technical teams on report development.
