- Lead and manage a team to achieve collection targets.
- Oversee and optimize the B2B collections process.
- Ensure all collections activities adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance performance.
Required Candidate Profile
Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of experience in OTC collections , with a focus on B2B collections .Skills :Proven team-handling experience is a must.Strong leadership and communication skills.Education : A graduate degree is required.Work Schedule : 5 days working with US shifts .Additional Information
