What this job involves :
- Execution of of studies including, but not limited to, feasibility, location consulting, best use, technical due diligence and valuation
- Understanding and clearly outlining objectives of the clients requirement and assignments
- Strategize the work for quality and timely delivery
- Identify innovative solutions and develop report structures accordingly
- Undertake research into specific industry sector, markets and competitors
- Delivery good quality analysis for market data as well as financial analysis
- Co-ordinate with consulting team members across regions for Pan-India assignments
- Manage and track database and productivity metrics
- Act as trainer and mentor for the subordinate team-members
- Manage Pan-India assignments
- Build and manage client relationship
