Educational Program Implementation Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct training sessions for teachers on implementing the MIKIDS program in classrooms.
• Observe classes and evaluate the impact of the program on children’s learning.
• Provide retraining and continuous support to teachers based on school requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school management to demonstrate the program’s value.
• Drive business growth from existing schools by ensuring program satisfaction and results.
• Manage and support approximately 40–50 schools across assigned districts.

Travel Requirements :

Experience & Qualifications :

Basic formulas and data analysis proficiency preferred
