Onboarding & Implementation
Guide clients through the implementation process, outlining steps and settingclear expectations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely deployment ofservices or features.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during implementation with minimaldisruption to client operations.
Customer Communication
Maintain consistent, clear communication with clients throughout theonboarding and implementation phases.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.Provide regular updates on the progress of implementation and migrationactivities.
Documentation & Reporting :
Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, issues, andresolutions.
Generate regular progress reports for all implementation activities.Identify recurring issues, trends, or gaps and recommend processimprovements.
Migration Support
Collaborate with clients to gather data, documents, and prerequisites formigration.
Assist clients in understanding migration steps and address any relatedqueries.
Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition ofdata and services.
