You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help build a strong workforce.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.Skills Required
