Role Description

This is a full-time on-site / field role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Amritsar, Punjab. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, handling customer inquiries, and providing training to junior sales team members. Daily tasks include executing marketing campaigns, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to provide effective Training to junior sales staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Email / Phone marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the immigration consulting industry is a plus
• Digital marketing will be a plus.
