Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, provide product recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include responding to support tickets, troubleshooting technical problems, analysing customer feedback, and maintaining clear communication to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to engage customers effectively
• Technical Support expertise and skills in troubleshooting
• Analytical Skills to assess customer issues and identify trends
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with eCommerce or consumer goods industries is a plus
