Job Summary :

We are looking for a result-driven and strategic E-commerce Category Manager (Online) to manage and grow our online business across various marketplaces and direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing category strategy, driving sales, ensuring product availability, managing P&L, and building strong relationships with online marketplaces and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).

Own the P&L for the assigned category and ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.

Work closely with the sales, marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Plan and implement promotions, campaigns, and product launches in coordination with online partners and marketing teams.

Conduct market research, analyse data, and monitor competitor activities to identify new opportunities and gaps.

Optimize listings, product content, images, and pricing to improve conversion rates and rankings.

Manage inventory planning and forecast demand to minimize stockouts and overstock.

Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce partners and negotiate terms to maximize profitability.

Track and report on KPIs, sales performance, ROI on campaigns, and overall business health.

Stay updated on latest e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and technological advancements.

Qualifications

Experience in E-Commerce Management, Category Management, and Sales Analysis

Knowledge of Consumer Electronics, Advertising, and Digital Marketing

Skills in Inventory Management, Supplier Coordination, and Market Trend Analysis

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and analytical tools
