Job Summary :

We are looking for a result-driven and strategic E-commerce Category Manager (Online) to manage and grow our online business across various marketplaces and direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing category strategy, driving sales, ensuring product availability, managing P&L, and building strong relationships with online marketplaces and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
• Own the P&L for the assigned category and ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Plan and implement promotions, campaigns, and product launches in coordination with online partners and marketing teams.
• Conduct market research, analyse data, and monitor competitor activities to identify new opportunities and gaps.
• Optimize listings, product content, images, and pricing to improve conversion rates and rankings.
• Manage inventory planning and forecast demand to minimize stockouts and overstock.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce partners and negotiate terms to maximize profitability.
• Track and report on KPIs, sales performance, ROI on campaigns, and overall business health.
• Stay updated on latest e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and technological advancements.
