Position Overview

As a Lead Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end deployment, integration, and optimization of Motadatas solutions for enterprise clients. This role demands a strong technical foundation, hands-on expertise in monitoring and service desk tools, and the ability to work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation. You will also act as a mentor to junior engineers and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation :

• Design service desk architectures for infrastructure and applications.
• Develop logging frameworks for effective data collection and analysis.
• Ensure successful deployment and integration of solutions across client environments (on-premise and cloud).
