Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy tailored to support commercial functions (key account management, business development, sales, portfolio management, pricing, strategy and innovation, customer service)
- Collect, integrate, analyze, and present commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement (incl., consolidation of the data coming from the local teams into comprehensive Commercial Reports covering the whole 3PL business)
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate reports that support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, governance, and security in all BI activities.
- Support Commercial leaders in preparing Commercial portion of Monthly Business Review report for 3PL business to senior leadership.
- Manage multiple BI projects from initiation through completion ensuring they meet business requirements within set timelines.
- Manage 3rd party vendors supporting data and analytics projects.
- Coordinate with IT teams for system integrations related to data management.
- Monitor project progress against deadlines / budgets; address any issues or delays promptly.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within Commercial team and broader 3PL organization to understand their analytical needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development of relevant BI solutions.
- Work with stakeholders across broader Cencora organizations (including global functions – Finance, IT, Marketing, etc.) to ensure connectivity, projects execution, and best practices sharing.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or any related discipline or equivalent related experienceMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in relevant experience, preferably related to commercial activities (e.g., sales) data analytics or data engineering / data managementDesirable experience in project managementMINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS :
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating complex data into actionable insights.Proficiency in MS Office and strong aptitude with technology tools, applications, and managing complex data files.Experience working with Salesforce and manging projects related to the platform.Demonstrated project planning and management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at presenting, influencing, and educating varied audiences, including senior leadership.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to foster a positive work environment and work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to travel up to 10% for business needs.Preferred Certifications :
