About the Role :
We are looking for a highly analytical, insight-driven, and commercially savvy research leader to join our GTM organization as Lead Market Research Analyst Insight & BI.
In this role, you will power Coditas GTM execution with actionable, insight-rich intelligencefrom account-level research and persona mapping to domain analysis and trigger detection.
Your mission is to ensure that our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams engage the right accounts, with the right story, at the right time.
You will own the end-to-end research and intelligence lifecycleenriching CRM data, mapping buying centers, monitoring competitive landscapes, detecting market triggers, and delivering BI dashboards that drive informed action.

- Account Insight & Enrichment
- Confirm Key, Strategic, and Transactional accounts with Sales leadership and set delivery timelines.
- Enrich prospect profiles with firmographics, technographics, demographics, and psychographics.
- Research competitive positioning, vendor relationships, budget cycles, and strategic initiatives.
- Map organizational hierarchies and decision-making layers.
- Track account-specific market triggers (leadership changes, M&A, funding, etc.) and link them to Coditas solutions.
- Persona Insight & Buying-Center Mapping
- Map the complete buying center for targeted opportunities.
- Research stakeholder career history, priorities, and influence.
- Create persona-specific narratives linking Coditas solutions to stakeholder goals.
- Provide market and competitive context for AE and SDR meeting prep.
- Domain Insight & Market Intelligence
- Analyze domain landscapesmarket size, growth rate, competitive landscape.
- Map segment positioning and identify competitive differentiation opportunities.
- Track market catalysts and disruptions to create buying urgency.
- Develop FOMO insights and best-practice benchmarks for GTM use.
- Signal Detection & Automated Tracking
- Build automated trigger detection systems for accounts, personas, domains, and competitors.
- Deploy Account Tracker dashboards for CS teams and Prospect Tracker dashboards for Sales.
- Automate real-time alerts with engagement context and priority scoring.
- Customer Success Intelligence Expansion & Advisory
- Research customer growth plans, expansion initiatives, and scaling challenges.
- Map evolving technology needs to identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
- Track customer industry shifts affecting investment priorities.

- 35 years in Market Research, Sales Insight, or Business Intelligence in a B2B tech / services context.
- Proven expertise in account profiling, persona mapping, and competitive intelligence.
- Proficiency in research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, SimilarWeb).
- Experience with CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong understanding of B2B GTM strategies and buying & Benefits
