HomeSlice is one of Bangalore’s fastest-growing hospitality brands, building a chain of homestays, hotels, and serviced apartments across prime neighborhoods. From a humble start with 2 rooms, we now operate 200+ units and are expanding aggressively.

Role : City Head – Bangalore

We’re looking for a proven leader to head our Bangalore operations. This is a high-ownership leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving growth, supply, and operations across the city.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Leadership : Crack corporate partnerships, B2B tie-ups, and generate direct revenue.
• Supply Expansion : Onboard hotels, serviced apartments, and boutique stays into the HomeSlice network.
• Operations Ownership : Manage P&L, guest experience, and on-ground execution.
• Team Building : Hire, train, and inspire a city team to scale quickly and deliver consistently.
