We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end bulk hiring , Sales Hiring and Not IT Recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
Lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets across departments and locations
Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements
Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
Manage the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Ensure recruitment policies comply with labor laws and company standards
Partner with marketing and branding teams to promote employer brand initiatives
Key Requirements : Post Graduate
Proven experience (8+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role
Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
Preferred Attributes :
Experience in campus hiring, lateral hiring, sales hiring, and leadership hiring
Understanding of diversity hiring practices
High energy, result-oriented, and driven by performance metrics
