Qualification : Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field with strong interpersonal skills.Experience : 1-3+ years of experience as content writing, content strategist or similar role preferably in wealth management / service industry.Roles & Responsibilities : Creating and publishing content with : Trending topicsEducational topics around macro, asset, wealth management etc.Podcast series & other creative ideasDeveloping and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, target audience and brand identity.Managing the development of content - should be able to work with the entire ecosystem from creating high-quality and compelling content to editing to production leading to generating higher engagement across social media platforms, including websites, blogs, social media and email marketing campaigns.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop content that supports marketing initiatives and thought leadership.Create and manage editorial calendar to deliver timely content across various digital platforms.Research industry trends, market insights and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify opportunities.Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends and evolving content formats to enhance content marketing initiatives continually.Collaborate with designers, videographers and other stakeholders to oversee the content creation of visually appealing and multimedia-rich assets.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
