About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support our internal hiring team in attracting and hiring top leadership talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in executive search and strategic hiring, along with expertise in creating market intelligence reports, talent mapping, and competitor analysis. This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset to identify and engage with top-tier candidates across industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Strategic hiring processes, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and execute executive search strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Create and present market intelligence reports, talent mapping, and competitor benchmarking reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders and potential candidates.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage multiple critical hiring projects across different industries efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Key Requirements :
Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic hiring within executive search, or recruitment consulting.Proven ability to conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitive analysis.Strong expertise in headhunting, passive candidate sourcing, and executive networking.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.Experience working across multiple industries is preferred.Skills Required
