About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support our internal hiring team in attracting and hiring top leadership talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in executive search and strategic hiring, along with expertise in creating market intelligence reports, talent mapping, and competitor analysis. This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset to identify and engage with top-tier candidates across industries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage Strategic hiring processes, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute executive search strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Create and present market intelligence reports, talent mapping, and competitor benchmarking reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders and potential candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage multiple critical hiring projects across different industries efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Key Requirements :

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic hiring within executive search, or recruitment consulting.
  • Proven ability to conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong expertise in headhunting, passive candidate sourcing, and executive networking.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working across multiple industries is preferred.
