Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day coordination with partner teams for smooth credit operations.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and support in maintaining portfolio quality.
  • Assist in collection follow-ups on overdue cases in coordination with partner teams.
  • Prepare and maintain basic MIS / data for review.
  • Visit partner offices periodically to strengthen relationships and ensure process alignment.
  • Support cross-functional teams in partner-related activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • 1-4 years of experience in NBFC / BFSI sector with exposure to sales / relationship management of secured / unsecured products
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.
  • Good understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and MIS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS).
