Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Head of AI Engineering to architect, scale, and lead our AI Factory. This leader will spearhead development of transformative AI and Gen AI solutions, manage a large multi-disciplinary engineering team, and collaborate directly with clients to co-create rapid prototypes and production-grade solutions.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a dynamic individual with proven success in building large AI teams, delivering sophisticated Gen AI applications, and thriving in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Scale the AI Factory : Establish a world-class AI engineering organization capable of executing multiple internal and client projects simultaneously.
• Innovative Solution Development : Drive the design and deployment of cutting-edge Gen AI solutions for complex business challenges across industries.
• Rapid Prototyping : Lead teams to deliver functional proof-of-concepts (POCs) in 3–5 days to demonstrate transformational potential to clients.
• Client Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for AI-driven transformation, and articulating clear value propositions.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Delivery Excellence : Oversee full lifecycle delivery of AI initiatives from ideation through production, ensuring scalability, security, and measurable business impact.
• Collaboration & Partnerships : Work closely with internal business leaders, product teams, and external partners to accelerate AI adoption.
• Thought Leadership : Represent US Tech Solutions at industry forums, positioning the company as a leader in Gen AI-powered talent and HR Tech innovation.
