Sr. IT Technical Specialist

Position Summary :

The IT Sr Technical Specialist – Varicent SPM is responsible for managing and optimizing the Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform. This role supports business decision-making through data-driven insights, reporting, and analytics, and collaborates closely with sales, finance, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and enhance the Varicent SPM platform to deliver actionable sales performance insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decisions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure effective platform utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
