Japanese Language Instruction Professional

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Japanese Language Instruction Professional to join our team.

As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for delivering an immersive learning experience for Indian students aspiring to study, work, or live in Japan. Your primary focus will be on building a strong foundation in Japanese language skills, with a particular emphasis on conversational fluency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Teach complete N5 and N4 JLPT curriculum, including grammar, vocabulary, kanji, listening, and reading.
• Conduct interactive online classes for small batches of 15 students.
• Deliver engaging conversational Japanese sessions, ensuring students gain fluency and cultural understanding.
• Manage multiple batches simultaneously, maintaining consistent quality across sessions.
• Collaborate closely with the Program Director and the JWA academic team to align with student feedback and curriculum progress.
• Requirements :
• JLPT N3 or higher is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience in Japanese (online or offline) is required.
• Experience living or studying in Japan is a significant advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred, as the program launches soon.
• Must be comfortable handling multiple batches simultaneously with structured scheduling.
