We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Executive to join our growing sales team in Ahmedabad. This role is perfect for driven individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and are passionate about connecting with customers, driving opportunities, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and digital channels to generate interest in our products and services.
Qualify leads and convert opportunities into revenue by effectively communicating value propositions.
Maintain and update accurate records of interactions, pipeline status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation, outreach strategies, and conversion processes.
Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall team performance.
Provide market feedback and insights to improve product messaging and sales tactics.
Who You Are
2–4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation, preferably in B2B or B2C sales environments.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
Persistent, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to work six days a week from the Ahmedabad office.
