🧩 About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Lead to drive product development from zero to one. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software architecture, full-stack engineering, and rapid, time-boxed delivery cycles .

This role blends product leadership with technical depth , making it perfect for someone who has grown from an engineering background into product thinking and enjoys being in the trenches—from architectural decisions to release management.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end product delivery , from early ideation to rollout (especially in 0–1 product environments).
• Translate business goals into actionable, technically sound product roadmaps .
• Architect scalable solutions using modern architectural patterns (hexagonal / clean architecture, DDD, microservices).
• Work closely with engineering teams across Python, React, React Native, and Docker-based environments .
• Drive a lean, iterative development process with measurable outcomes under tight deadlines.
• Oversee deployment and infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to prioritize features.
• Maintain high standards of quality through CI / CD, DevOps, and automated testing.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership and excellence .
