Job description3–5 years of experience in branded content / digital storytelling / regional campaigns. Expertise in Premiere Pro (plus for After Effects / DaVinci Resolve). Strong narrative sense, music sync, and montage skills. Basic sound mixing and color grading skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Work with India’s fastest-growing edtech creative brand. Shape NIAT’s visual identity across campuses. Collaborate with a design-forward, story-obsessed team. Build a strong portfolio with mentorship from experienced editors. Freedom to bring creative ideas while maintaining brand voice.
Role : Senior Video Editor – NIAT
Purpose : Transform campus event footage, testimonials, reels, and regional content into cinematic, emotionally engaging, and brand-consistent stories.
Key Responsibilities :
- Edit event films, testimonials, podcasts, reels, vlogs, and montages.
- Craft compelling, emotionally resonant narratives with strong rhythm and pacing.
- Maintain visual and brand consistency across regional content.
- Collaborate with cinematographers, producers, and motion designers for context, graphics, and transitions.
- Follow proper project structure, file naming, and delivery standards.
- Receive mentorship and feedback from senior editors and creative leads.
