Performance Marketing Exec

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate should be passionate about growth marketing, comfortable with analytics, and experienced in driving measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn , and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate) and adjust strategies for better efficiency.
• Conduct A / B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad assets.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal spend allocation.
• Track and report campaign performance to internal stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Research new trends, tools, and channels in digital advertising to keep campaigns competitive.
• Work with CRM and web analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tag Manager) to track and attribute results.
