Description GSPANN is hiring Support Analysts – Access Management for its Hyderabad and Gurugram offices. This full-time role requires expertise in monitoring dashboards, managing Active Directory, O365, SharePoint, and SIEM systems.
Role and Responsibilities
- Actively monitor and manage system health and performance through dashboards and alerts.
- Deliver Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support for Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 (O365), SharePoint, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.
- Resolve technical issues related to these technologies by conducting thorough troubleshooting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration and operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including support procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Take part in the on-call rotation and offer support during off-hours when required.
Skills and Experience
Bring 4-6 years of experience in a technical support role with hands-on expertise in monitoring dashboards, managing alerts, and supporting Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 (O365), SharePoint, and SIEM.Demonstrate a solid grasp of Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support practices.Apply strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in day-to-day tasks.Operate effectively both independently and as a team member.Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and speech.Remain flexible to work on weekends or extend hours when business needs demand it.
