To develop new customers.
To cater to existing customers.
To handle sales, collections, forms etc..
To get the product developed as per customers requirements
To ensure that inventory at depot is at optimum level for timely supply of material.
To liaison with HO and technical department to solve technical problems.
Customers demand forecasting
Collection and maintenance of data regarding production, stock and supply.
To attend to field queries / correspondence / complaints and timely reply.
Maintaining important documents like PO / Schedules etc.
Tracking market competition
To coordinate with the customers for various activities and ensure the development of dealers base.
