Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree from a reputed institution and a minimum of 8 years of experience in designing buildings, particularly in the healthcare, hospitality, education, and sports sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in concept development, space planning, design detailing, sustainability, and modern architectural trends. The role requires excellent leadership and coordination skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct feasibility and viability studies for real estate and infrastructure projects, including FSI utilisation and development potential.
• Prepare and analyze financial models, sensitivity analyses, and cash flow projections.
• Undertake detailed market research and benchmarking studies to assess supply–demand trends and pricing.
• Assist in preparing strategic Development mix / product mix.
• Collaborate with the design and planning teams to ensure development mix aligns with market and financial feasibility.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and client discussions.
• Engage in client meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to business developmen
