- Engage with prospects to understand business challenges, process gaps, and technology landscape.
- Translate customer requirements into tailored ServiceNow solutions and roadmaps.
- Conduct product demos, workshops, and Proofs of Concept (POCs), ensuring strong storytelling and value articulation.
- Build end-to-end solution designs covering workflows, integrations, data models, and platform capabilities.
- Respond to RFPs / RFIs with accurate, well-structured technical content and solution recommendations.
Client Engagement & Advisory
Lead discovery sessions to assess maturity, define business outcomes, and position ServiceNow modules effectively.Provide thought leadership on platform capabilities, upgrades, architecture best practices, and digital transformation initiatives.Influence customer decision-making through credible technical engagement and industry-aligned insights.Collaboration & Enablement
Work with the sales team to develop winning strategies, proposals, and presentations.Partner with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility, sizing, and effort estimates.Contribute to internal reusable assets : demo environments, solution frameworks, value decks, and proposal templates.Primary Skills & Competencies
Strong functional and technical understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.Expertise in at least two core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC.Proven experience in product demos, client workshops, and value-based storytelling.Ability to design solution architectures, data flows, integrations (REST / SOAP APIs), and workflow automations.Strong documentation skills for RFP / RFI responses, proposals, and solution blueprints.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Understanding of presales processes, deal cycles, and competitive positioning.
