Full-stack Developer (PHP, Laravel, Vue.js)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled PHP Full-Stack Developer to join our technology team at Group.one (one.com). The ideal candidate will bring strong backend and frontend development expertise, hands-on experience with modern frameworks, and the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions that enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, clean coding practices, and a passion for building reliable, maintainable, and testable software in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure applications using PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js, ensuring clean, reusable, and efficient code.
• Build and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and work with relational databases like MySQL / PostgreSQL for schema design, optimization, and complex querying.
• Implement unit tests using PHPUnit or Pest, and maintain high code quality through automated testing and best practices.
• Use Docker for environment setup, containerization, and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with UI / UX teams for responsive frontend delivery and participate actively in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Work effectively with Git version control and branching strategies in a collaborative environment.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies (planning, estimation, stand-ups, retrospectives) and partner with product / QA teams to translate requirements into technical tasks.
• Ensure clear documentation of new features, architectural changes, and workflows.
