Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Vadodara. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing sales presentations, closing sales, and coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Executive will handle account renewals, report on sales activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Client Relationship skills
  • Sales, Communication, and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
