Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Vadodara. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include crafting and implementing sales strategies, managing the complete sales cycle, and working collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, the role involves maintaining client records, preparing detailed reports, and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in sales strategies and B2B client engagement
  • Analytical and research skills for understanding market trends and identifying business opportunities
  • Ability to use CRM systems, data analysis tools, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including crafting presentations and reports
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience or familiarity with electronics / electrical components supply chain, STEM education, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
