Asst. Manager Engineer- Machine Maintenance (Molding)

We are seeking an Asst. Manager Engineer - Machine Maintenance with extensive experience in molding . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preventive, corrective, and time-based maintenance of a variety of injection molding machines. This role requires a strong technical background and a deep understanding of hydraulic and all-electric machines from key manufacturers, ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of our plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair : Manage all preventive, corrective, and time-based maintenance for Injection molding and paint shop machinery.
• Technical Expertise : Apply your knowledge of various molding machine brands, including FERROMATTIK, L&T, TOSHIBA, HWA CHIN, JSW, ELECTRONICA, CLF , and Haitian .
• Equipment Management : Handle a wide range of injection molding machines, from 80-ton to 2500-ton , including both hydraulic and all-electric models.
• Team & Operations : Oversee the maintenance team to ensure efficient and timely repairs, minimizing downtime and supporting overall plant productivity.
