About the Role :
Visibility Gurus is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive who excels at converting qualified leads into clients through strong communication, proposal handling, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing the entire sales cycle — from first contact to closure — for SEO, PPC, and web development (WordPress) services. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle and nurture qualified inbound leads provided by the company.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and pricing plans.
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Pitch SEO, PPC, and web development services (preferably WordPress-based) to Indian and international clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, content) for seamless project onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain CRM records, track progress, and report on conversion metrics.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in a high-performance, collaborative environment.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the sales process.
Requirements :
3–7 years of proven experience in sales or business development in the digital marketing or IT services domain.Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and WordPress / web development services.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (verbal and written).Experience handling international and Indian clients.Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently — from proposal to closure.Proficiency in CRM tools, proposal writing, and sales documentation.Open to feedback, adaptable to process changes, and a strong team player.Why Join Us?
