What You’ll Do :

Take full ownership of your state's solar business— strategy to execution and P&L .

Build and lead a high-performing team for

residential, commercial & industrial solar

projects.

Drive P&L, sales, operations, and partnerships for your region.

Directly manage cash flow, project pipelines, and bottom-line outcomes.

Represent PrimeTower at the forefront of

state-level solar expansion .

Who You Are :

A senior professional with

5–15 years of direct solar experience

(EPC, sales, or strategy).

Entrepreneurial mindset with the hunger to scale fast and

own outcomes .

Strong industry network and presence within your state or region.

A go-getter with

exceptional interpersonal skills

and leadership qualities.
