The Role

As a Data Governance Lead at Leapwork, you'll help establish and scale the foundation of how data fuels smarter decisions across the business. Our data team is building the data architecture to unify, transform, and connect information from many sources into a unified data view. You'll play a key role in developing governance structures, standards, and processes from the ground up, helping to shape greenfield data initiatives that define Leapwork's data-driven future. By turning complexity into clarity, you'll enable the whole organization to execute with greater speed, precision, and impact. Role Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Frameworks : Design and deploy enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Ensure Data Quality and Integrity : Establish processes and metrics to monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain Data Security and Compliance : Oversee data security measures and ensure adherence to internal and external regulatory compliance standards.
• Manage Data Accessibility and Usability : Develop and maintain data catalogs and governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure Purview) to enhance visibility, accessibility, and trust in enterprise data assets.
• Strategic Leadership : Provide leadership and strategic direction for the data governance program, aligning it with organizational goals and ensuring it supports new data architecture and analytics capabilities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with IT, business units, and legal teams to drive data governance adoption and ensure alignment.
• Risk Mitigation : Identify and address data-related risks, including those related to compliance and security.
• Data Stewardship : Foster a culture of data stewardship, where individuals understand their roles in managing and protecting data.
• Reporting and Metrics : Develop dashboards and reports to provide oversight and insight into key data governance activities and metrics.
