• Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of core banking projects and solutions.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with clients to understand configuration and customization needs.
• Provide technical solutions and prepare detailed Technical Specification documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and attract new clients in the core banking and payments domain.
• Balance responsibilities across
• Delivery Management (50%)

• Technology Leadership (50%)
• Key Skills & Experience :
• Proven experience in
• Core Banking domain
• with products like
• Finacle, Temenos, Finxact
• , etc.
• Strong expertise in
