Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced React.js Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable front-end applications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces, ensure best practices in development, and contribute to architectural decisions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in React.js development within the team.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead and support decision-making on UI / UX architecture, performance, and scalability.
• Provide technical mentorship and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill team members.
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable React.js components and libraries.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor project deliverables, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
