Training Duration : 6 Months

WFO- Monday To Saturday

About the Role

As an Academic Counsellor (Trainee), you will :

✅ Mentor and guide students on our school curriculum

✅ Support parents and students through in-house counselling sessions

✅ Convert potential leads into admissions through consultative sales

✅ Build long-term relationships with students and parents

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or BDA preferred
• Freshers with 0–3 months of experience are welcome
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Passion for education and mentorship
• Target-driven and eager to grow in a sales-oriented career
