HR Recruiter / Admin

to join our growing team. This dual role involves handling end-to-end recruitment, HRMS portal management, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a people-oriented mindset to support both talent acquisition and smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & HR :

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles. Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.

Manage and update employee records, attendance, and payroll data through the HRMS portal.

Monitor and generate reports from HRMS for performance, leaves, and compliance. Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement activities.

Ensure accurate documentation and HR compliance as per company policies.

Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility requirements. Handle documentation, correspondence, and reporting.
