- Lead product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions effectively.
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes to provide cutting-edge advice to clients.
- Help corporates protect what matters most—their people—through innovative benefit strategies.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in employee benefits or related domains.Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and flexible benefits.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build strategic relationships and influence senior stakeholders.Knowledge of market trends and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and articulate insights to drive decision-making
