Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)Strong sourcing skills via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platformsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentEducation
