Technical Recruiter

Overview :

As a key member of our Contractual hiring India recruitment team, you will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and identifying top-tier candidates across the Indian IT market. Your focus will be on Contractual / contract to hire hiring across customers and skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Contract / Contract to hire roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding PAN India.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for contract positions.
• Leverage multiple sourcing platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
• Conduct effective communication and negotiation with candidates throughout the hiring process.
