Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to take ownership of building, managing, and promoting our community's digital infrastructure, including content management and discourse systems. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to create and curate engaging content that drives meaningful community participation.

This role offers exceptional learning opportunities with comprehensive training provided in CMS and enterprise management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the community's content management system
• Manage and moderate the discourse platform to ensure constructive engagement
• Create and curate content that resonates with diverse community members
• Collaborate with the project principal through regular in-person meetings
• Support multilingual accessibility, with initial focus on Tamil and English content
• Help ensure technology does not become a barrier to community participation
