The Technical and Business Operations Team Lead will oversee the media operations team in Pune supporting Vubiquity's global operations. This individual will help to design, deploy, and operate workflows that interface with service groups currently located in Cyprus, London, Toronto and Los Angeles. The team Lead must drive operational excellence and ensure tasks are performed at the highest standards to meet the needs of Vubiquity's clients across top tier studio and network business.

Key Responsibilities

• Track team hours, maintain the team schedule, identifying staffing level requirements and overall responsibility for hiring and performance management.
• Organize and lead training across such activities as :
• Audio, Video and subtitle QC
• Asset conformance
• Graphics sizing and positioning
• Time Text Editing
• Media data management
• Manage, motivate, and encourage teams to maximize performance and achieve departmental objectives.
• Lead a root cause analysis and provide final reports and document mitigation plans to ensure future defects do not occur
• Collect and process requirements from regional operations and build SOPs for team.
• Lead recurring daily teams' meetings, weekly project meeting and report outs, and provide executive updates.
• Have in-depth knowledge of the high-level business priorities, issues and challenges of stakeholders throughout the operation, to enable you to challenge the status quo and bring new professional insight and experience into existing issues, initiatives and projects.
• Working with the Sales & Account teams to ensure new revenue streams are clearly identified and to oversee delivery of new services.
