Manager Product Management

As a Manager Product Management, you will take ownership of complex software initiatives, driving product strategy, feature definition, and cross-functional execution. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, scalable solutions aligned with customer and market needs.

Tasks :

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software products, from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations
• Translate business needs into clear requirements engineering artifacts, such as feature specifications and user stories
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Manage stakeholder expectations and foster alignment across departments
• Apply a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to guide product planning and execution
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data
• Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to shape product vision
• Promote a user-centered and agile mindset within the product team
• Contribute to the evolution of internal product management practices and mentor junior team members
