Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Tele-Caller (Assamese) to join our Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Assamese and English, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have prior experience in telecalling — preferably within the pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to doctors, chemists, distributors, and potential clients to promote pharmaceutical products.
• Explain product details, benefits, and usage clearly in Assamese and English.
• Maintain and regularly update the customer database with accurate and current information.
• Conduct follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and pending orders to maximize conversions.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
• Handle customer queries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth communication and operations.
