Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Coding Trainee. The position is located in Lucknow. The Medical Coding Trainee will be responsible for understanding and applying medical coding guidelines, maintaining accurate coding in medical records, and collaborating with other healthcare team members. Daily tasks include interpreting medical terminology, converting medical diagnoses and procedures into standardized codes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Coding and familiarity with Coding Guidelines
• Understanding of Medical Terminology
• Experience in Health Information Management
• RHIT certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and collaborative skills
• An understanding of healthcare compliance and regulations is beneficial
